Install carbon brush application of electric

Matters instructions before use:

1.Brush the run(CW)

Running the following ways:

1)Natural Running:

After installing the carbon brush,So that the natural run-in (different scenarios about 0.5-3 hours, depending on size)

 

2)Artificial Running:

In the case of motor power to sandpaper the run work.

 

3)Running Tools:

2.Removing the carbon film(FW)

Brush rotating member in frictional contact and current conduction,there will be action from electrolysis,generating carbon film,there produce carbon film of the effect is good.Generating carbon-free film will quickly wear carbon brushes, rotating parts and wear phenomena.But in places with high humidity make the carbon film is too thick,Easily lead to short-circuit the rotating member, noise, sparks, etc.,So too thick carbon film should be removed.Another situation is changed when new material brushes, due to the material composition and resistance of different carbon film makes the new material with the rotating member of the old material generated by the current transmission uneven and incomplete,easily lead to sparks, noise, wear, and so quickly.Therefore, when the device is new material brush, old carbon film should be removed.

Removing the carbon film in the following manner:

1)Artificial stripping:

In case of power failure with fine sandpaper (# 1800-2500) or fine steel wire cloth rubbed off the old carbon film.

2)Tools to film
