Maintenance of chain saw

Daily maintenance

Check whether the throttle trigger work flexible, smooth and reliable, the idle speed is normal.
Check whether the brake is normal, and clear the brakes the place such as sawdust, sludge.
Check whether the chain precipitator is damaged, otherwise all replacement.
Check air filter.
Check the lubrication oil pump guide hole, and remove impurities in the guide groove, guide wheel bearing lubrication.
Adjust the saw chain tensioner degrees, file chain, check whether driving wheel wear.
Check whether starter and starter rope wear or damage to remove starter such as air inlet of sawdust and dirt everywhere.
Check whether the switch work normally, check all fasteners.

Week of maintenance

Cleaning the carburetor, air filter, the cylinder body heat sink of the place such as sawdust, sludge.
Check the starter, starting spring;Clean the fan (cog) leaves and air inlet.
Remove the spark plug carbon deposit, adjust the electrode gap.
Lubrication clutch bearing;Revised file guide the flash.
 

Monthly maintenance

Clean fuel tank, filter tank cleaning machine.
Check whether contact wires joint firm, good insulation.
Check the brake brake,
Sprocket wheel of the clutch, clutch plate spring, clutch disc, such as wear and tear on parts, repair or more in a timely manner
Change.
Clean up debris on the surface of the carburetor, oil.
Clean up the pressure reducing valve and dredging relief hole formation.
